Looking for information on handcuffs

Does anyone know what those are and what is it worth ?

They are not "real" handcuffs. They have been made from two cheap bicycle locks.
I have seen the locks in a "Dollar Store" for a dollar. So the cost of the cuffs would be two dollars plus some labor to cut the chains and put them together.

Of course you can still have some fun with them.

if you buy two cheap lock, try to find two with the same combination, or at least both with the same numbers (but might be different order) The locks can be pulled apart (with some skill and sweat) and reassembled with matching numbers.
