They seem to be gone. They were pretty obvious. High ticket items that recently sold for high prices offered at bargain basement prices from a Chinese seller with an eBay ranking of (0).
And each item had a different seller.

It is hard to find, but there is a "report item" link halfway down on each auction page.
I have clicked on it and reported the violation but there is no avenue to write exactly what the complaint is so you are limited to clicking "fraudulent activity".
Paypal would certainly reimburse the buyer but it would be a hassle and I wonder if the seller even sends out a cuff. Perhaps some Pak-crap.
