Handcuffed prisoner in Hong-Kong.

It looks like chubb handcuffs attached to a waist chain.

Is that real chubb handcuffs and they even use some size reductors with them ?
And would you by any chance know a seller.

Wow, they certainly take things seriously in Hong Kong.

They do appear to be Chubbs  (I'm unaware of an Asian knock-off). 

btw--Has anyone ever seen an escorted prisoner here in the (United) States - wearing Chubbs?

When I visited a Prison in Dallas about 20 years ago there were examples of handcuffs that prisoners had broken and escaped from. Also on display was a pair of Chubb Escort Handcuffs so they were definitely used in the US.

May be left overs from the British Occupation of Hing Kong ?
