I am a new member here, but I have been researching and learning about vintage, antique, and uncommon varieties of restraints over the past few years. I believe I have seen these above items posted on ebay, and thought they were interesting indeed. Hiatt has always been an interesting company, and this is no exception.
The closest thing I have seen to these is from a website called stationhouse, which, while it has not been updated in years, appears to have a small inventory of these swing thru type cuffs and irons with bars, as well as some of the alloy cast darby leg irons. I purchased a pair of the black enamel darby leg irons through them a few years back, and it was the 'fine thread' model, which appears to have a brass locking bolt and possibly a sleeve in the alloy key of brass, with finer threads than the rough alloy threads that other HT alloy cast irons have, which I have read are prone to strip. I am working on a write up and post about the cast alloy cuffs for this forum in the near future.

Clearly the prices aren't what you might expect, but this website is old and outdated, and I had lengthy wait time when asking about inventory, so its possible they might be gone at this point?
