Mystery Cuff

I love scoring a cuff that is vintage and one that I have never seen before.
I have no idea what this is and even though I am sure that it is American, I wonder if any of you know anything about it.
The bow looks very early Peerles style but the lock body and raised clevis is very unique.

You do have an odd cuff.  The clevis linkage reminds me of this unknown cuff that I have had since the early 80s.  There is a lot we do not know.

Yes, yours is as odd as mine.
I notice that yours has a screw, or at least I think I see a screw.
Mine does also but is not as evident in my other pic. 
Maybe these are cousins to each other.
