So UK leaves Europe. What about cuff/legiron sales from EU countries to UK?

I seem to recall something about "These cannot be sold outside the EU" I have a feeling it was to do with legirons or maybe handcuffs too. What would the impacts to UK people be who want to buy handcuffs etc?

American rules of where they will allow cuffs to be sent legally or not have ruined a lot of collecting aboard. The pro torture policy within american means that they are happy to use cuffs on home soil but hypocritically don't want to be seen to be aided any foreign country and therefore won't send restraints overseas. However there are patriots who are will to flout the laws and ship cuffs overseas, just got to make contact them and ask the right questions, Same will happen with brexit happens. black markes always prevail.
