Cut resistant cuffs

I know a little about steel and i know there is a give and take with it. You can make it so hard it cant be cut by any saw blade and needs a plasma or water jet to cut it but it can break like a file very easy. On the flip side you can make steel so soft it bends and wont break but cuts very easy. So the question is, has there ever been a cuff made that claims a cut resistant status? If not, what do you think are the toughest cuffs out there to cut?

hardened to rockwell 65 should resist files and hacksaws. no point making cuff un-cutable. what would you do with the lock breaks or jams?

Handcuffs are low security devices meant to only be used as temporary restraints

It would not to be cost effective to make them out of any cut-restive material.

Any diamond tool cuts any steel. Widely available for small cutting tools such as Dremel.

Yes! Any prisoner surely have bolt-cutter, saw etc. Topic starter asks about hand cutting tools resistant material.

don't need bad cuffs that can be cut when you have good cops that can shoot.
