2-Handcuff Research Books on a Flash Drive

I have been asked by a few collectors, if I would put my book I have on Amazon Kindle into a PDF format or in print form.
To put in a published printed book form is not cost efficient for me.
I have two books, the latest one on Kindle, the first book was just given to a few friends, loaded on a CD.

I have decided to put both books, 2 PDF files, on a 1GB Flash Drive, and offer the two files for $30.00 plus shipping & handling. If desired, one could print their own hard copy from the flash drive.

The first book, Smith & Wesson's Involvement In Handcuffs & Restraints, copyrighted 2011 & revised in 2013 consist of 472 pages with approximately 375 photographs. Covers all Peerless Handcuffs that Smith & Wesson either manufactured and or, is manufactured using patents designed by Smith & Wesson. Also all models manufactured by Smith & Wesson under the S&W logo, beginning in 1952 through 2011.

The second book, Early Peerless Handcuff Company With Smith & Wesson, copyrighted 2017, consist of 146 pages, and covers Peerless Handcuffs Manufactured by Smith & Wesson, and includes patents, contracts between Peerless and Smith & Wesson, work orders, production tables, in-house memos, correspondence, between Peerless and S&W, and photos of handcuffs associated with the models, contracts & work orders, up to November 1940 when Smith & Wesson dissolved their relationship with the Peerless Handcuff Co.

All photos of handcuffs in both books are of my personal collection.

I have both of these. These are invaluable books to handcuff collectors! They have such clear, vivid full color pictures with amazing descriptions of each model of Peerless and each Model of Smith and Wesson handcuffs! I have used these, so many times, in identifying cuffs i have or cuffs i wanted to buy. Not to mention, the documentation of Both Company's histories through past paperwork, letters, messages and the like. David has done an outstanding job compiling these. I wanted to show a page to show everyone what type of descriptions he gives to help identify cuffs. If you do not have these in your collection, get with David and get an order placed or your own memory stick, loaded with both books! The price is great for one book, let alone two books! You will not be disappointed which this purchase. Well worth it.

Being not particularly adept at flash drives and printing, I wonder if Kinkos can do this for me.
Is Kinkos the best source to get nice quality prints of the book?
If not what alternative steps should I choose for the best results?
What price should I expect to pay to print both volumes?

Thanks in advance for help in this area.

This seems to be a fine resource that I would like to read and have the ability to refer to it for info as needed.

When I finished the first book (2011), I went to Office Depot to see about having it printed, and because of the size, photos & color, they wanted around $50 - $60 a book to print and put in a spiral binding. I printed it myself on my printer & had them put it in the clear front spiral folder as shown. 
On the second book (2017), the printing companies in my area that I inquired with, were around $40 a book, so once again, I put the second book together myself and the paper (my printer will print 2-sided & color), ink and cover, I estimated costing me around $25.00 for the materials.
I'm sure Kinkos, Office Depot, Office Max, or any such printing company in your area will produce a quality print.

I will order the flash drive from you later today and I will shop around for the best deal as I will gladly pay extra to have it done for me.
I am looking forward to reading this as I know you have blood, sweat and tears into this.
Are you still doing research on the topic?  
If so, perhaps if any new info comes out, you could format it so the old pages can be replaced with an up to date page version.

Will be in contact with you about the books.  Quite a while ago I posted a thread about the Peerless cuff with only XXXX markings in place of the usual markings.  Are you familiar with this cuff?  Here is a link to the old post.

Ron,
First, thank you for purchasing my flash drive.
As I stated in the private email I sent you, the cuffs you have with only the "xxx" markings are a mystery to me.
I then focused on the measurements you had for the links of the 2-link chain of 7/8" each link. Of all the cuffs I have when the 2-link version was introduced, Model 1 Version 3 going through Model 1 Version 7, and the introduction of the Model 2 Version 1 through Version 7 I was unable to find an example that would match or come close to your measurements.
You said your links measure 7/8" or 0.8860 inch.
Out of 20 examples of mine I measured, my links varied from 0.74 to 0.7785. The largest I have is a 0.1075 difference from yours.
You said the distance between your cuffs is 2-1/4" or 2.2595.
Mine vary from 1.8498 to 1.9815, making a 0.278 difference between yours.
So the link measurements & distance between cuffs are also a mystery.
Since you said these are the Model 2 with the push-pin double lock system, I'm surprised they would try and change the size of the links that they had been using since the Model 1 Version 3.
They could be a sample for functionality prior to production, Just a guess, but still very interesting.

What are all the other markings, other than the XXXXX are on these cuffs?

There are no other markings.  The X's are in the same place as the normal markings would be.  There are only two or three of these that I know of.

Im curious, if this were a special cuff to be distributed to a closed source, why the need for so many "X" stampings? Even if it were a prototype, that many markings seems unnecessary? A few "X"s, would have gotten the point across.
