Post Your "Unknown" Cuffs...

Lets change gears a bit and see what others have in the category of "unknown" in your collection. Post up an example of an unknown cuff or restraint that you have. Maybe, someone on here has seen it before or is familiar with what it actually is? I will start things off. I have two matching Irish 8 style cuffs (?). They were sold to me as an aluminum handcuff and and aluminum leg iron. The hinge side is a nut and a bolt and there looks to have been enough room on the padlock side to have the same nut and bolt. The only markings on them are "Ascend Hardware." Im assuming this is the maker of these? Not convinced they are actually cuffs, although they do work well. Any ideas on what these actually are or any more information about them?
