Bean chain nipper?...

So, I got this ordered off of an online auction site, (will be a few days before I gey it in hand).
Anyhow, based on the pics, I don't see any markings.
I am sharing one of the auctions pics here to see if any of you folks can tell what maker may be behind it, and maybe a circa of when it may have been manufactured.

I think but by no means certain that you have the Bean May 6, 1884 model. Bean did not always stamp their products it was hit or miss.

Btw; the auction was honest enough, in that it did not state the item was any given model or make. It described it as "antique", and it may very well be that, (having possibly reached that 100 year old or more threshold).
The reason I was thinking maybe "Bean" made, is how the one handle only interlocks with the other on one side, rather than on both.
I will, of course, inspect it for any marks when it arrives, but am just doing some studying of it from the photos, for now.

I received them today, and my giving them a good look over, I see no markings on them. They are definitely "Bean like" because of their handles joining together from only one side of the receiving handle, but don't know if there will ever be a way to determine what firm actually made them.
Even so, they seem like a nice enough representation of a chain linked twister come-along, so it's all's good :)
