#3It seems they are China origin. True Ukrainian handcuffs are Fort made BRM-92. There are no more handcuffs Ukrainian producer. All others are made in Taiwan/China and distributed in Ukraine

This is an early model of Ukrainian handcuffs - a clone of Alcyon. This model is slightly different from the handcuffs produced in the USSR, also sometimes called BRM-92. Soviet and some Ukrainian handcuffs have a pin type double lock. Later Ukrainian modifications may have a slot type double lockt. The new Fort Ukrainian handcuffs have an original and different look from Alcyon.
