Does anyone have a set of these cuffs? They look and feel Taiwanese but they are domestic. There is no serial numbers.

I have a set.

Ive got one as well. They are actually made by Guardian. Same guys that made Buchiemer cuffs. A little heavier than most other comparable cuffs of that era.
