Real or fake?

I bought these online from India. I know this style is often faked, but India being formerly under British rule gives me some hope these are authentic, And if so what year range are these?

I've been trying to do some research on these, and the wear, and weight on them just feels authentic to me.

There is a lot of worn identification stamps on these so any help would be great.

Yes they are what you think and not the run of the mill reproductions you see flooding America and being sold by dishonest trader with fake histories.  They  are fairly heavy and have an additional bar with integral clevis.

The cuffs you have are generically called 'darby' (a screw key operated handcuff) Others are more knowledgeable of the history and the term darby. If it was an English Hiatt cuff (non adjustable ) it would be the model 104.  Most collectors call any non adjustable darby a 104. As a catalogue has  never surfaced, probably never has been one, the cuff you have probably doesn't even have a catalogue number. . The design of the curved plate may have been one manufacturers way of strengthening the chain attachment point or a regional design to distinguish their cuffs from another maker. It's purely a guess and we may never know.

ken10road with so many Indian made cuffs, you will never miss out. better to advance a collection with desired and better quality stuff, consider resale (before and after ones death) is an advantage to those left behind and they may not want a box pf India made cuffs.
