I actually just bought these a few minutes ago for  about $79.00 BUCKS and I hope that I can get a new KEY and that I can be able to PLAY with them and clean them up a little bit! 
THEY are made by Hyatt so hopefully that will make it a little bit easier to find a KEY unless they are completely seized up !
Any ideas would be very much appreciated!

I meant to say Hiatt is the manufacturer of the Cuffs with the 40 cm chain.
