Searching for new handcuffs for law enforcement

I´m searching for new handcuffs for law enforcement. Are there any new handcuffs? Like SpiderCuff … https://www.spidercuff.com/...  
I am interested in handling, safety and funktionality.

any cuff used correctly fits your request. why does it have to be new ? the spidercuff looks like it will be another unique failure like goncz gotcha and cuff-max.  What price is a police officers life? about $32.00, the cost of a  pair of cuffs, as no-one will part with more cash for better cuffs.

I am writing a Bachelor Thesis about handcuffs and so I am looking for new versions (like the "Apprehender") and General  Information about handcuffs. 

What exactly for informations do you search?
And do you choose handcuffs in general, or an country?

Also if you look for german information, right me, I am from Germany too.

I am searching for alternatives for the law enfocement. They use usually in Germany Clujeso Nr.9, but I am searching for some new inventions. Are there a "better" one? Handcuffs, which are easy handled but also safe? 
I am not Looking for only german handcuffs, handcuffs in General.

I am also looking for test/ experiments and serious information of handcuffs. 

This was a newer design that recently came to market within the last few years. I haven ot seen, nor handled one, yet. I know a collector who has one in the U.K. If you watch the video, it is used like a come along, that attaches together to form a solid pair of cuffs. The only information or sales I have seen on them, is from their own website. So, im guessing they werent a big success in the marketplace? The price is a little steep and they are too bulky to be used for anything more than transport restraints.  https://s-10security.com/
