Can anyone ID these?

Hello Fellow Collectors,

I happened to run across these handcuffs for sale that the seller was calling "Vintage Bianchi Stainless Steel" handcuffs.  I've never seen a model like this to be Bianchi, only Model 500, and 505.  Does anyone know what kind these are as they are in fact stamped "Made in Taiwan" as Bianchi are, but that's the only similarity I can see.  The maker's stamp is not...Thanks for the response.

I also researched those, but did not buy them. I have found nothing for that symbol on anything I can find? I dont think its a Bianchi cuff, however. I wonder if anyone else on here has any idea on who made them? It looks like a "K", in a way, so i originally thought it may be a Kel-Met cuff. But that is a polish brand. Unless they had cuffs made in Taiwan, that they sold under their name? The shape of them, does look a bit like a modern made Kel-Met cuff.
