I have always loved the H&R design. It amazes me that these were chosen by the FBI? They are not hard locks to pick. Of course, having the tools to so, while you are in custody, is a problem in and of itself! Nice video, Arioch! Thank you for another in the series!

Mark, great pic! That does raise he question as to what the Model 124 and the Model 125 may have been? Does anyone have the rest of the catalog to reference for this? Its possible they were like Kayser and had something like a whistle or knife as the next model number in the series? The two missing models may not have been restraints at all? Of course, one of the missing models may have been the other chain configuration for the 123 cuffs?

A 1944 H&R catalog lists the Model 123 (handcuffs), Model 126 (chain nippers),  Model 127 (leg irons), and Model 128 (stamped metal handcuffs).

Here are a couple of hard to find cuffs related to the video
Hetika, a  blued finish Finnish cuff 
H&R with the Blued finish.  Early model with serial number and no security ditch in the bows.

Arioch, the company did make a no link, a one link and a two link chain for their Model 123s.
I will try to post a pic of them soon.

The model 128 would be the "Ruttiman" handcuffs, a cuff that never came into production as I understand.

Unfortunately I don’t know what a Ruttiman is. Can you refer me to a pic?
