Nice video, Arioch! I have also ran across a few I could save and a few I could not. To get rid of the rust, I use Evapo-Rust. Its a gallon bottle you can get at Rural King, Farm & Fleet, etc. Amazon also carries it. I had a wrecker La Massonotte Double Lock Cuff that I was able to save. One bad thing is that Evapo-Rust will eat any bluing on the cuffs. So, my swing arms are a lot lighter than they should be on this cuff.  Here is also a pic of a Presto Lyons cuff I was able to save. Wish I had pics of it when i started. I paid $20 for them, if that tells you about how bad there were! LOL! And yes, both of these cuffs work as they should, but the Presto Lyons cuff does not spring open, as it should. I couldnt get that lucky! LOL!
