Henry Repeating Arms Handcuffs

Does anyone know roughly how many of these were sold? Does anyone have these in a collection and give me a serial number to help get an idea on the rarity of this handcuff? If there was a limited run of them, does anyone know the story as to why? I may have a chance to purchase one, but need some info before I can make an offer for them. I know Stan sold them for a while, as I believe Handcuff Warehouse did as well? Whats the story on the cuff? Suggested value, currently? Thank you in advance for any responses.

My serial number is:  A002797   (on the cuff)

Model:  HC100SR   (on the cuff)

On the BOX it states:  Type 304 Stainless Steel.

I am curious as to WHO actually manufactured these handcuffs for "Henry"?

I see that they are now located in NJ.....their "handcuff instruction pamphlet" states their previous Brooklyn, NY address.

My notes state that they ONLY made the Stainless Steel models....NO colored handcuffs.

I just sent them a message. I will report back if and when they respond to me. Thank you for the website link and the idea. It had completely slipped my mind, that Henry was still in business. My brain completely left the building on that one! LOL!

I got a set from Stan many years ago marked model HC100SR and serial number A002613
Pity the coloured ones were never made:
Green - gang members
Yellow - terrorists
etc.

Mine is A002602.

I received an email back for Henry Repeating Arms. They were zero help. They said, "IF we made such a product in the past, there is no one here, now, that knows anything about who made them or where they came from." And that was pretty much the end of the message. In other words....."go away!".... is pretty much what i take from their response. Thank you for the serial numbers, guys! That is more info than i was able to get, from Henry R.A. factory! LOL!

One might think they are either:

Ignorant of their own business dealings & products.
OR
They are hiding something, that they don't wish to divulge.

.....OR Both!

Its very possible, since they have nothing to gain from this, they just dont care and never actually asked anyone at the factory or in the office. Just a "go away kid, you bother me", type of response. That is the feeling I got from them.
