Were any of the Master Lock handcuffs manufactured in the USA or were they all made in the UK?

Of the 2 versions that I'm aware of--both were made "private-labeled" by HIATT in England:

"MASTER LOCK COMPANY MILWAUKEE WISCONSIN" (double-lock HOLE on REAR of each cuff).

"MASTER LOCK COMPANY MADE IN ENGLAND" (double-lock HOLE on BOTH sides of each cuff)

These were basically Hiatt's "Hiatt 1970" handcuff.

Anyone have a 3rd model?
