Handcuff tie pin

Hi,
My friend in Baltimore on the police force there for five years got so many citizen complaints that he was told he had to wear a body cam during his whole shift. He responded "What would be the fun in that." So he quit and went into private security with much higher pay. He gave me his tie pin with small handcuffs on it.
I stuck it on my toque this morning and went to Tim Horton's (a donut shop) and immediately an attractive woman of about 35 started a conversation and wanted to know if I was a cop. I said no but that I collected handcuffs. Being polite I engaged with her for about 20 minutes and said I had to go. She followed me to the car and she told me she would be there next Sunday at the same time and to bring a pair of cuffs to show her.
How weird.

I have a Smith @ Wesson handcuff Tie Tack. Maybe I will have to break that out, dust it off and head to the local donut shop? LOL! Even if I meet a complete trainwreck of a lady, I still get donuts. LOL! Go back next Sunday and see how it goes! Take a cool cuff to show her, though. ;) Did she seem more modern swing thru design or vintage in your eyes?

I have a pretty close neighbour who is teaching his girlfriend how to pick handcuffs "Just in case she might need to some day." Hmmm. Apparently she is buying that line.

Ladies love gold! LOL! Though its hard to get a good pic of them, with the lighting I have! I tried to teach an ex-gf of mine to pick locks one time. She never really got the hang of it. I started her on some padlocks. Perhaps, i should have started with a simple handcuff instead? LOL!
