SureLock Restraints/Body Cuff to Purchase

Been trying to get my hands on a SureLock M&P2 Full Restraint System or older model of the Bodycuff for a while. I have provided a link to what i am referring to of an item i want to purchase. I sadly not in law enforcement to buy them. I tried to buy from them as a retired officer and was denied.  Hard to get item.  Let me know if you find a in.

If your a retired cop surely you know someone in the field that can buy a set.

I wish I did.  I’m sure if one of buds still on tried ordering it for thru department email, which they ask for, I might get them in a jamb.  They might also be calling the dept like what happened when I ordered a RACC belt.
