LaTrobe/TKS

Just spoken to Alex Nichols and he has kindly agreed for me to copy and post the info on LaTrobe and TKS.

Anyone that does not have Alex Nichols 2 Volumes of "A Guidebook to Handcuffs and other Restraints of the world", I highly recommend getting them! I use these books on a weekly basis! Excellent material to have in your library!
