Need help identifying these Handcuffs with combination lock

Just picked these up at a flea market. I just can not find anything about them. Any ideas?

They look like Lorey handcuffs to me.

I'm sure that we'd all be curious as to what the dealer told you about these handcuffs...Did he seem to know that these were rare handcuffs?  ...and did his selling price to you, reflect that?

How & when did they came into his possession?

From whom did he obtain them from? (a collector, dealer, etc?)

...and until now, did you think at the flea market -  that they were just a plain old pair of antique handcuffs?

The dealer had no idea what he had. They were sitting in a box at his house for years. He was an antique dealer and closed down his shop many years ago.
I've collected some handcuffs over the years along with other police memorabilia so I knew that they were unusual.

Congratulations to a great finding of a very rare cuff! It's really a pity that John Bushey is no longer alive as he would have been the most excited of us.

I assume you didn't get the combination with them and that will be a tricky part to open them.
