Of course it came with 2 sets of regular "Peerless" cuffs but I don't know how to use it and I don't want to Break it. Plus I thought that it is a Onetime use item.

Not skeptical, I get emails and questions from many.  People want all types of help and information but after emails back and forth trying to find out what people are after, I have asked for a photo to identify the cuff . This is the easiest way than them  trying to explain and then they reply " I cannot provide a photo, I haven't bought them yet" Or  " just asking" or 'haven't got the cuff, it's in the mail" Just very short sighted and sometimes out right rude.
