#3These are a cheap Chinese Knock-off of the once popular Harrington and Richardson (H&R) Super Model 123 Handcuffs. They are not made as well as the H&R cuffs are and do not function as smoothly. As far as locking someone up, they will get the job done, but are just cheaply made.

By the way, I tried on my new Bren Brno Cuffs and it took me an Hour to remove them! But I think it's just a simple Key moment!
And Question:
Can someone remove "Thumb Cuffs" by themselves?

#9Thumbcuffs are a very common escape among escape artists. You can find plenty of videos on Youtube by looking up "thumbcuff escape." That being said, the escape is somewhat misleading. The escape artist, controls how the thumbcuffs are applied to their fingers. One small move, when the cuffs are being cinched around your thumbs, allows for a very quick escape. If thumbcuffs are properly applied, they are a difficult item to escape from. This does get easier with experience on how to accomplish the feat, but it is painful to your thumbs and quite awkward to accomplish. Using a long key and holding it in your teeth, can help make unlocking the cuffs easier. Police in The united states, no longer use thumbcuffs, as they are considered to be cruel and unusual punishment, now. many, many years ago, the police here were allowed to use them. Currently, no U.S. handcuff makers, make a set of Thumbcuffs. Most thumbcuffs currently available come from Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea and Russia.
