Excellent Deal for the moment !
I am unable to see what brand of Cuffs are included in this auction ; and I realize  that the majority of you don't prefer Modern Cuffs but since I am a "Newbie" collector I must begin somewhere!
I believe that  $40.00 Bucks for 3 sets of Cuffs , Modern or not can't possibly be a very bad deal. "I Know NOTHING."  Sgt. Schultz! 
The Extras will be given away if I am the winning bidder!
Of course You Guys & Girls are more than welcome to bid against me and I wouldn't mind a bit!

The only cuffs I see that might be considered collectable is the pair of hinged cuffs which I believe is a set of American N-550.  They were one of the last cuffs produced by American and certainly one of their finest. I might be wrong on this but they look very much like the pair in your link. Good luck

Could have sold the garbage and kept the N-550's for free!
