19th. Century Hand Cuffs w/ Key
Probably a set of Brand New "Antiques!"
But I would like to pass this site on to this Forum because you never know!
I have personally bought 3 excellent items from this particular Auction House! They will usually say if an item is "uncertified" in their descriptions.
I bought a "Bronze" Age sword for nothing and the employee at the Auction House is actually an Archeologist and he said that:
"It is the most beautiful  thing that he has EVER held in his hands!"

Dear TL, may I suggest you stick to handcuffs and not other things at auctions. Post a link to an auction and people can go there is see what is available.
The shackle in the auction (from your link above) has a starting bid for what I would consider the top value of the item.

I apologize . I was just wanting to show something  that I was very happy to acquire from the same auction house as the Bollywood Cuffs.
I would have bought the Hamburgs but this Plague has reduced my income by 99.99%!
That's why I was willing to trade about $1,000.00 worth of Legendary tubes for a set of Model 15 Heavyweight Handcuffs  !
