Anybody familiar with these "Modern" yet interesting High Security ( 2 ) key Cuffs?

Just got these interesting cuffs a few minutes ago. The cool part is that you have to use one key to lock them and a completely different key to Double Lock them. And you can't unlock them without first unlocking the Double Lock ; however a universal Key will unlock them after the Double Lock has been disabled!
$45.00 BROUGHT TO MY DOOR . Fair enough for a semi unique item that I will not be trying on while I'm alone !

I am extremely impressed with the quality and the workmanship of the materials used in these cuffs but the technology is quite effective considering that you have to use a separate Key to unlock them before you can open them. Very hesitant to try them on !
Highly recommended , especially for the price and the uniqueness.
