DESCRIPTION :
"Lot of Industrial Metal Locks and Handcuffs with Keys. Some are cast iron and some are brass. Each are different in type, size, and shape, but are all made of metal. Keys not tested for operation.
Dimensions are 7 in h x 4 in w x 1 in d for the largest, the smallest measures 1 in h x 1 in w x .5 in d. Condition is good with some rust. Please call or email for a detailed condition report."

I do not know anything about the value or authenticity of Padlocks. I can tell you though, the one they are trying to pass off as a "handcuff", is not a handcuff. This is a padlock/handle for a military kit bag. The top of the bag has grommets sewn in around the edge of it. You feed the arm of this lock through the grommets and lock it. It then keeps the bag closed and the gear in the bag secure, but it also gives you a handle to carry by. Here is a pick of how you lock it through the grommets. These locks are called and sold as handcuffs all of the time. But, they are not cuffs.

Hi Richard, you describe it so much better than I could. In Canada it is also used on mail bags.

Seaman's lock for his duffle bag I think is the gold toned item!   

They are used by multiple branches of the military. So, there are several different names for them. You see them on Ebay and sales sites, listed as handcuffs, a lot. But, in reality, its just a padlock/handle for military bags.
