Cool display piece is this set of handcuffs from Britain. They are Hiatt brand and come with original key.
CONDITION:
Very good vintage condition with minor surface rust.
I may be mistaken but the writing seems to be misspelled and the general workmanship , although the years may have taken their tolls ; just doesn't look like a genuine set of original "Hiatt" cuffs to me at least!
