McKenzie Mitts just sold

A pair of McKenzie Mitts just sold, on line for $3000 plus 15% buyers fee and postage.  They were a bit rough on both surfaces.

I have not used them but I think they are an auction house that deals in a lot of rare and high end items.

Not a bad price (for the seller) for a set in such rough condition and also incomplete without the waist chain and keys.

Here is the picture of the other side.  The chains and key are there.

Worthpoint is a Website that list everything on earth with all of their important details. Including when they were available for sale  ( the dates ), where they were for sale ( What Site. ) 
Everything but the most important details ; their selling price!  

Unfortunately it's a PAY site but for people in the business or even Collectors it's worth it.
