Found a Vendor who is happy to sell me a set of #15 Celujos for the fair ( in his opinion ) price of about $350.00 !!!!!

Anybody have a better option please?

From "The Handcuff Warehouse" and they have them in stock!

Unfortunately your thoughtful intention / recommended vendor is located in England so there are S&H fees and maybe custom's B.S. 
Absolutely B.S in BA! My best option is to wait until they re-open my country to foreigners from the U.S.A and one of my faithful "Mules" can bring down a set and return with some excellent E-Bay items.
