Maybe a "Dry" type like:

Unfortunately I live in a really High Humidity city so that's my main concern.

Only about 99.99% Humidity and 104 degrees!
Coming from Houston , Texas the climate is exactly the same.
And for storage a Humidifier but I fill the humidifiers with "Dry-Packs Moisture Absorbing Silica Gel" and obviously I don't add water.
The humidifiers have airtight seals and there used or traveling with your Cigars!
I already had them. But a "Pelican'' case would be perfect. Along with the Foam cushion inserts.

#4A good gun oil will work fine. I personally oil mine with a gun oil CLP Clean Lube and Protect. It has good reviews. I think many collectors may lube their cuffs once and then maybe never again because the cuffs don’t get used or maybe it’s just to time consuming because of the amount of cuffs they have. I’m a gun owner also and I was taught to clean and lube any gun at least once a year even if it is not being used. I do the same for my cuffs. Ron J
