Patch Collectors?

Do any of our regular members collect police patches? I have some good clean used Australian ones (all the same) which I'm not a collector of.

Yes, the collecting bug bit me for police patches too.
I mainly have San Diego Sheriff patches (and badges) along with some rare ones from cities that I used to live in or visited.
I would not know much about the patches you have in your possession but there are a few patch collecting sites on Facebook that I belong to.
I looked for one that is specific to Australia but they all seem to be quite general.

I have 2 South Australian Police patches that I have displayed with my Smith & Wesson New Model 3, .44 Russian caliber revolver, that was part of a shipment of 250 revolvers and extension stocks shipped on December 14, 1881 to South Australia. I’m not sure if either patch is period correct for the revolver. I should look for period SA police used handcuffs, to display with it.

Nice little collection Dave. If cuffs were carried in 1881 they would probably be an English cuff such as Hiatt screw key 'darby'. They should not be hard to find. In fact there is one on Australian eBay right now- number 265391803920. But you may find a cheaper one elsewhere.
