Magic, Handcuffs, Locksmith, Water Trunk Trick and an IBM Selectric

Here is a great episode of Columbo ( a detective show starring Peter Falk for our friends in other countries or simply those who are not aware of this show) from 1976.
This is a fun episode that features all the things we like.  There is even a Santini appearance but not the one we know.
We do have another friend, Houdini historian Pat Culliton who gets the girl.
Falk acknowledged in a biography that this episode was one of his very favorites.
