Hiatt Cobb Cuffs

On another site there was an enquiry about The Cobb cuff. I have found my set of Hiatt Cobb cuffs and they do differ slightly from the US model, although I still think that they were bought in from the US.
Houdini mentioned the two keys and from the attached photos you can see they are slightly different (however the US keys fit the Hiatt but not the other way round).
The Hiatt ones are stamped Hiatt and do not have any Pat dates stamped on the lock case.
Does anyone else have these? Do we have any idea where the original Houdini keys went?

This is the first I've ever heard of a Hiatt Cobb. I had no idea they existed. 

I was unaware that a Hiatt Cobb existed, very interesting info.

I knew there is a Hiatt Cobb but this is the first time for me to see one. As I can see from the photo, the clevis on Hiatt Cobb seem to be slightly thinner.
compared to the US version. Is that correct? Are the keys interchangeable between the US and UK versions?

What is the Hiatt Cobb catalogue model number? The Hiatt Bean is as we know 122.


Also the Hiatt Bean and the Bean key somewhat differ in shape. See photo.

Lars the two cuffs seem to be very similar, the clevis pins are about the same. The Hiatt ones weigh 361g the Cobb weigh 373g
I have never seen a Hiatt catalogue showing them, there are several that mention the Bean Type 122 pattern and the Towers Type 121 pattern. Do not know what Hiatt models 117, 118, 119 or 123 patterns were?
I think the Hiatt 116 pattern was the Scotland Yard Adjustables with Sheffield Key (I know of just one of these ? others).

Here is as close as I can come to replicating that Hiatt catalog.

I never heard of the Hiatt Cobbs either.

I thought I'd add this because it is so hard to find the old posts - a Hiatt version of an S.A. French nipper, another one-off as far as we know.
