How Can I Unlock a Set of "Double" Locked Thumb-Cuffs?

Howdy Amigos!
How is everyone doing Today? Nobody bothers to inquire these days!
I am trying to Unlock a Cheap set of Thumb-Cuffs that have been Double Locked. Nothing very nice or very Special ( think no-named Chinese . Most Likely! )
I have read differing reports stating that Thumb-Cuff Keys are Identical to Handcuff keys but NO LUCK so far and I have a Boat Load of different types or manufacturer's keys!
Of course any advice will be graciously appreciated!
You also may be able to Notice that the Key's Upper section appears to be out of position. ( from what little I know. )

Best Advice:
Use them as a Fishing Lure's Weight?

P.S - Thumb-Cuffs still hold the #1 position on my list of cuffs that I will never try on alone!

Just a little "Viciously Designed" Self Defense Ring to prop up the cuffs!

Looking at the thumbcuffs in the position you have them in pic 1, the upper keyhole is to unlock the double lock and the bottom key hole is to unlock and open the thumbcuffs. Find a key that fits in the top hole and spin it all of the way around. It should pop up the double lock button, when you spin the key in the key hole. Then, switch the key to the lower hole and turn it  about a 1/4 of a turn counter clockwise to open one side of the thumbcuffs and  about a 1/4 of a turn clockwise to open the other side of the thumbcuffs. You have to unlock the double lock before the bottom key hole will work to unlock them.

Start buying any cheap "generic" modern swing-through handcuffs that you come across.....because its their KEYS that you want to save.....

I have the same Thumb-cuffs that you have...and standard "Peerless" and "Smith & Wesson" keys (including police "Universal Keys") will NOT unlock them....but one of the keys on my "generic handcuff keys" ring - DOES.

So, start collecting KEYS from any cheapo ( i.e. Taiwan) swing-through barrel-key handcuffs that you encounter.

My rule of thumb---If I come across a modern swing-through handcuff of which none of my keys don't open...I BUY the handcuff immediately--just to obtain the KEYS.
