Typical Older French Police Cuffs. I Think ?

Are these Typical , older , French Police Issued Cuffs , are they Affordable ( subjective issue! ) and readily available?

They are common on French auction websites. You can choose between 1948, 1955, 1972 and 1980 models (close models, with small improvments). Usually around 50 € (or more) according to quality, chain length, markings and availability of keys (two locks). On foreign websites, harder to obtain.

Replaced in 1985 by a Manhurin model, then several Rivolier models until now (they are produced for national contracts, not at local levels). Plus "unofficial" GK Pro models. Will post pictures later.
