#1When I travel around the region, I always go to visit some police gear shops to take a look. If I see anything interesting, I will try to get as many as possible for fellow collectors.
My next destination will be Manila, Philippines, they make a kind of hand and thumb cuffs with a shinny patterned sufface. They were sometimes available at Ebay with a price of US$100+, I think I can get them at around US$30 each.
If you are interested in these "regional" items in Asia, let me know and indicate what are you interested in, your budget and I will include you in my "priority" supply list. Usually the current issue items are around US$20-$40, antique items may varies. Since I have been collecting cuffs for many years, I think I am able to determine whether it worth or not. Currently I have 6 collectors in the list and once I find something interesting, they will have the priority to decide to take it or not. I think I still have room for 4 more as you can imagine it will be a hassle for me to carry a dozen sets of cuffs everytime.

I'd love a pair of thumbcuffs, and handcuffs.
I'd easily pay 50/pair, or even a little more.
