Griffin, Griffin Hiatt, Griffin Nichols chain link handcuffs

Having recently traded an item for this Griffin handcuff, I wonder what others are in our collections. 
I believe Joe L has a Griffin Nichols and Mark L has a Griffin Hiatt. Another Griffin and Nichols was found in an old auction listing.
My recent acquisition (below) has a LH thread key which is quite short and the shoulder of the key had been removed to gain extra reach. Apart from that it is in very good condition for a cuff made around 1800. Similarly stamped cuffs from this era are usually Plug 8s and are a little more common.

Here is the other pair of Griffin Nichols of a similar manufacture date. I'm not sure that the key on these is original. I would expect a wire loop head on the key.

Nice!  That is the first Griffin Darby I have seen.
I do have a Griffin & Nichols Darby.

Plug 8s are more common.  I have several marked Griffin, one Griffin & Nichols and one Griffin & Hiatt.  Also a Parker plug 8 that was likely made by one of them.

Also from the same era, but from down the street a super rare Goldie plug 8.  It would be interesting to know if Goldie ever made a Darby.

Yesterday a cuff arrived which I took a chance on. The eBay listing said original, but of Indian origin - which I doubted the later. The heart shaped key intrigued me, as I have a Griffin/Nichols key of similar shape but not a threaded key. Long story short - the rust cleaned off to reveal 2 J Nichols stamps and number 5, so the hunch paid off. I believe it is an early Nichols cuff based on the key shape but I cannot be certain.

I can add my Griffin Nichols stamped darby to this collection. It didnt have the original key with it when I found the sale for it. So, a friend of mine made me a working key for them in his workshop.

Just adding another couple of items of similar design. A nice set of early Hiatt long chain cuffs, These have more of a flat bow than is normally found. Also unusual cuffs marked JT 1 with original key, does anyone have any ideas who JT was? One cuff is larger than the other and they are quite heavy weighing 588g.
