#4In Russia, handcuffs are used to lock the cell door in the courtroom. The defendant is brought to the court in handcuffs and the cell is locked with the same handcuffs. They are often named "BR-1KF" BR-C, Crab” СССР - USSR 1969
I doubt that they were used in or about 1969, but it could be possible.

#7This is a new version of the Crab/Krot (The Krot is the version of the Crab without the double lock) with a flat key and pin activated Double Lock. This model has been in production since the early 2010s. Unfortunately, the manufacturer is not represented on the Internet and is not clearly identified.
