When did Hiatt first release 2103 speedcuffs?

I am trying to recall but I cannot remember. I think the British police were using Quik-Kuffs from 1994 but for the life of me I cannot remember when they very first started doing their own 2103 "speedcuffs"?

Does anyone know?

I have heard they are good books. I would definitely have checked if I had them.

According to Alex’s book the Quick-Kuf was patent in 1989 by Dennis Elam and were first produced by Hiatt in 1992. I hope this helps.
