Auction for Clejuso offer from 1943 (letter)

This is an interesting letter from Clejuso on auction dating from 1943, offering several restraints. The numbers 9,10,11 and 15 are especially interesting. I'm surprised that the heavy cup shackle leg iron was still available in 1943. The letter also states that most items are on backorder and will be available in 6 weeks to 6 months. The salutation is especially chilling.

Thanks for sharing, I did not know that Clejuso offered Hamburg 8 cuffs. Wonder if they actually made them?

I don't think Clejuso ever made any Hamburg 8. I also don't think Mühlenfeld made any Stotz but they were still in the catalog. 
Presumably they were included in the product range, but then Clejuso and Mühlenfeldt were only dealers.
