How to find out information about a certain pair of handcuffs

I’m not sure what you need to know but those are Peerless model 700 as marked on them. You can buy them on Amazon for like $32. Hope this helps. Ron J

You can also contact Peerless on their website. Send them pics of the front and the back of the cuffs and give them the serial number. They can usually tell you when the cuff was made and who it was sold to. Most times, the buyer will have been a distributor or a store that sold the cuffs at retail, but it gives you an idea of where they came from.
