You have a 1st model Colt.
Colt Handcuffs were sold from 1970 - 1974.
Mfg. by the "Guardian Handcuff Co." of New Jersey.
Unsure if there exists a "serial number-to-year of manufacture" list.
A safe bet, your cuffs were made in 1970-1972 period.
Get your cuffs cleaned up & polished; Without the box & paperwork, as is...
yours MIGHT sell for $125-$150..

#4As Joe mentioned the Guardian handcuffs, here they are. Very smooth action (like Colt) and overall very nice handcuffs with an unsual key design.
