Peerless cuffs help

Looking for any info on these cuffs I found at a thrift store. Thank you!

Peerless Model 2 Version 6. These were part of the June 6, 1929 contract that Peerless had with Smith & Wesson to manufacture. Serial numbers for this contract began with serial number 76001 to 91000.
