Converted a hinged Clejuso 19R to a so called 219R rigid variant (the "2" according to the 209, at this time the only official rigid one from Clejuso, but only for authorities).

Steps:
- removed 4 rivets
- mounted the self designed and printed housing

Also exists in pink (for the girls) and blue (for the boys), but as unique pieces so far.

Thanks a lot! I am struggling with the regulations in Germany and the EU to actually be able to sell these somehow and sometime. Unfortunately, the more I read into the laws, the less likely it becomes....

You should be able to sell the ‘shell’ though without the cuffs as an unregulated item?

Was also already a possible idea... However, the user himself then has to drill out the four rivets quite accurately, and not everyone has the necessary equipment to do so.

Ah I see, yes. Hmmm, although I have an idea what that would mean is that a person with the equipment could buy the shell , make them locally and sell them. I checked out the video, I’d probably buy a drill :)
