Hiatt W.R.C. Handcuffs

Does anyone have a feel for how rare or common Hiatt W.R.C. handcuffs might be?

I reckon I see one at least once per year. If every constable had one, there ought to be a few of them.

W.R.C. initials are the most common that I have seen. I have had a dozen or, myself. All were Hiatts, as well. Still a great piece of history to add to any collection!
