They are a kids toy and you can find them on eBay for around $5 and up. Ron J

...they are a child's TOY handcuff...and they are in very poor condition.
I suggest that you start reading the many "handcuff reference books" that have been published.

Honestly, they looked semi familiar, and I seem to remember something about worthless toys so it's cool and it's MY Fault!
Man, after downloading the history and types and Significant Improvements along with the Inherent Flaws of almost All Cuffs all night long from the List I have a LOT of homework to do!
